Q1). Explain how being self-aware can make you more employable
Self-awareness generally means an individual ability of knowing about his life style, his needs, his responsibilities, his relationships and in short is completely aware of what is going on his life. Because of excellent upbringing, I am always aware of my responsibilities, and that self-awareness attitude has helped me in accomplishing all the goals of my life including employment.

The only way to feel pride in our performance is to set tough but realistic goals, and to self- awareness about your responsibilities, and then set out to achieve them. I set such a goal during my A levels when I decided to complete my course 2 months in advance. Although it was a tough goal considering the level of education, I worked hard and managed to succeed.
I wish to excel rapidly in my career and I think that I have the required skills for such jobs. My strengths are that I am focused, adaptable, and dynamic with a lot of experience in leading and managing teams in college as well as in school. I also became the member of The Royal Pharmaceutical Society and BPSA to know the workings of the pharmaceutical industry as well as to understand how to work as a team in pharmaceutical organizations. Once I develop a passion for something, I go through all ends in order to achieve it even if it means sacrificing my time and energy.

Further, they have assured there complete support in my future decisions.
People never thought that I have good management skills but I proved them wrong by handling a team in college in which two members were trying to divide the team. Managing these two people was a big issue as one of them was my good friend. While handling them, I had to control my emotions ...
