The flight status is mainly used to check the status of any flight, including information availability of seats and, in the case of a flight for the same day, if in an hour. The flight reservation allows the customer to make a reservation for a particular flight, specifying the date and schedule under a fee. Reservations are composed of multiple flight itineraries for one or more passengers, besides being able to reserve seats.

It consists of the customer name, address, phone number, and code. All this information is used to keep the records of the customer in case some sort of emergency arises, and for other purposes such as the recognition of people that have travelled on the airline.
