There are several deaths being witnessed due to alcoholic influences in the United States. Teenagers are probably the most reckless drivers as they prefer thrill and adventure. As they attain a driving license in hand at this age, they feel the excitement and invincibility. There are certain laws been setup to prevent incidents yet, United States observes one third of traffic accidents due to drinking. Laws regarding drunk driving are based on a BAC of 0.08 although criticism arises that habitant drinkers don't feel unimpaired.
