Abstract

Dropping out of a child from a school is taken in reaction to learner unconstructive behavior which causes serious problems for other learners as well. For adolescence it results in a long phase of disconnection and separation from educational learning. The main features that show the way adolescence drop out are multifaceted and multidimensional. Major factor which held responsible for a great rate of drop out is lack of parent's involvement and concentration in children learning and educational activities. The paper will discuss in detail the picture of drop out and major reason of drop out. It will offer approaches for recognizing how to put off this concern.
