Strengths
The company deals with installing and replacing new technology computers and hardware in Government Organizations, IT companies and Universities. For company, the profits for the 4 months to June 2011 were in the excess of several Indian rupees. These profits of the company in India signify the growth of around 29% (Hudgins, 2003). For the last year, it has gained its initial position in the Indian electronic industry. The company had gained this position in a better way as compared to its competitors like SAUMIL COMPUTERS, SaiYash Technologies Pvt. Ltd etc. The brand of this company is the best reliable and renowned brands of computer among its competitors.
The company cuts out the supplier and retailer directly to the consumers. The company makes use of Customer Relationship Management and Information Technology approaches in order to gather data regarding its loyal customers. Therefore clients select a common model of PC and then add upgrades and items until the computer is provided according to the individual specifications of clients (Emma, 1998, p.87)
New IT infrastructure is provided to clients by analyzing their existing IT infrastructure, then the outdated technologies in the desired area is replaced by some new technologies and hardware by this company. The components of the hardware of PCs are always made by the supplier, not by this company (Cochran, 1981, p.50). This company makes use of comparatively cheap labour force for the purpose of assembling PCs. Their clients are provided by the facility of keeping track of their delivery by contacting the department of customer service found in India. There is a proper team that replaces the existing infrastructure with the new one, which is the basic strength of this company. The individual customers are provided with the new hardware by the help of courier. The company has the total control on its supply chain operations (Creswell, 1994, p.89).
Weaknesses
The company has got a huge variety of components and products from several suppliers form various countries. There is rare recall of products that might cause the company some form of embracement. In the year 2011, the company had to recall 2 million adapters of laptop because of the fear that they might be overheated, resulting in fires or electronic shocks (Ahuja, 2000, p.425).
