CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
Introduction of the Research Study
The research study is based on determining the effect of grade span configuration on elementary schools. The study is divided into two parts that has been focused throughout the research. The first part is about the effect of grade span configuration on the elementary schools. The second part discusses the study of grade span configuration as determined by teachers who are engaged in multiple configurations. The grade span configuration impacts the elementary schools in different manner. As the research study is based on the grade span configuration as determined by teachers. Different teachers determine the grade span configuration in different manner.
Background of the Research Study
The topic of the research study is determining the grade span configuration in elementary schools as determined by the teachers engaged in the multiple configurations. The research topic is an important one as it analyzes the perspective of different teachers while configuring grade span.
Significance of the Research Study
The research study is important for the elementary schools. The configuration of the grade span in the elementary schools by the teachers will highlights different factors that can affect the performance of the elementary schools. If the elementary school has effective grade span configuration, it would definitely affect the
Nature of the Research Study
The research study explored “relative effectiveness” (question 1) by estimating the adjusted school average achievement in pre-primary schools in comparison to schools with other grade-span configurations. We addressed “conditioned effects” by first exploring the school level interactions between grade-span configuration and the other measures of school structure and composition in our models, similar to an analysis of covariance ...
