Introduction

The purpose of writing this paper is basically to highlight the cultural and political system of one of the greatest country of the world Germany. In this paper, the focus of the writing is on describing the political and cultural structure of Germany. While describing these two main leading points, the author also explained the importance of the culture and politics on a nation, whereas, discussed also some of the main cultural and political issues faced by the Germany in the history and the recent times. Similarly, the behavioral dimensions of the culture also discussed in the light of the problem discussed in the paper later on.

Beside the problems, ethnographic dimensions also considered as a part core part of the culture because of the collection of the beliefs and values that shared by the group of people. At last, the conclusion based on the constructivist dimension that basically deals with the shared identity of the people.

The era of change across the global world, the crisis of politics and ideologies, the progressive deterioration of the values and culture of the twentieth century, the contradictions and injustice growing, widespread violence, the proliferation of local wars and the emergence of terrorism in our daily lives, require, urgently, a reflection on the political practice and the need for an overhaul cultural and ethical.

The policy of the same name mentioned by the Aristotle is defined as the art and science of rule, i.e., the theory and practice involved in the creation, organization, and administration of the State and of public life. Since the State is made up of people who live over a territory and that gives an organization, it is the way you organize the company it gives shape to the policy, or as organized oligarchy to rule over the people, or as community and participatory democracy (Prenhall, 2010). The type of political model that prevails, in turn, depends by a series of factors that intervene systemically to determine, as the structure economic, ethical principles and/or religious ruling, the culture of the people, his state of awareness and participation. However, the culture did not distinguish the state from society; the modern makes a clear distinction between the two. Policy today is characterized by the detachment between rulers and ruled.

Political System in Germany
