Because indigenous peoples throughout the world lived in or near a boundary around the world, most of them are dealing with two or more bodies, and the majority of indigenous peoples, in addition, have to deal with disdain or abusive government. This paper will focus on some of the indigenous peoples and their survival in the environment and the present government policy.

Once upon a time in winter 2004, two hunters found Dukha tract of animals and chased them through the snow to the north. It is not known to the hunters, animal crossing the border without identification marks around the world in Russia. Russian border guards dotted the two men a few miles from the next Russian mud and detained them. They were jailed for one month, until they were punished and given to members of their families.

Dukha, a person confident in the future of their labor for survival. They live in areas were deer in their desire to forage for them to survive. Difficulties in that they have no right to cross borders around the world since the deer feed. The Government wishes to participate to happen. Maintaining a lone cross-border indigenous government and coordination with national authorities of several of Winthrop (2001 654-726).

Political and financial reforms, finally, the detention of Dukha. Between 1950 and 1980, breeding deer became the occupation of senior Dukha. Minors and the working-age elderly were forced to work in fish producers in the region of a large "White Lake. According to Ronaldo (2008 4-5) "Dukhas' search and accumulation areas have been declared public houses, as well as their privileges and lands and game assets have been co-opted by the State." Traditional observance also were banned and repressed by the state. From two generations of communist lines made it tougher and more distanced from their Dukha normal life.
