It is rightly said that a number of complications and risk actors are involved in dealing with the social issues and social problems, and it is due to the same reason that the social workers are required to be extra vigilant and attentive while practicing. This is so because a number of issues and practices are involved in dealing with human beings, and any mishandling of the data and information could have resulted in deterioration of the situation. Same is the case with academic engagements of the individual and there issues and it should be taken into account that there are a number of behavior and external factors that influence the academic engagement, failures and performance of students. These factors mainly include the impact of parental engagement, coaching of the teacher, types of homework assigned, music education, the family structures, background of family, and economic status, biculturalism, and academic self-efficacy, environment of the school, social life and flexible curriculum.
