Introduction

The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of crime in a psychological context. Despite the variety of social measures aimed at encouraging people to follow the established rules and regulations, a lot of people every day violate them. Often it is difficult to understand why quite ordinary-looking people suddenly commit a serious crime. Most often it is a mentally healthy person, including children and adolescents. Social conditions play a role in the origin of the wrongful conduct. These primarily include the various social processes.

Social cause anti-social behavior of the particular person may also be a tendency of society hang tags. In some cases, sustained anti-social behavior is formed on the basis of a vicious circle: the initial, random crime - punishment - the experience of violent relationships (as shown in custody) - subsequent social adjustment difficulties as a result of the label "criminal" - the accumulation of social and economic problems more serious offense etc (Walters, 2011).

Individual characteristics are largely determined by the wrongful conduct and sex differences. For example, it is well known that illegal behavior is more common in males. The effect of psychopathology on the antisocial behavior of the individual is still undetermined. The most common abnormalities are called: psychosis, alcoholism, neurotic disorders, residual effects of traumatic brain injury and organic brain disorder, intellectual deficiency.

Hypothesis

H1: there is a relationship between psychological disorder and criminal behavior

H0: there is no relationship between psychological disorder and criminal behavior

Variables

There are two main variables in the research study: psychological disorders and criminal behavior. The independent variable is psychological disorder and dependent variable is criminal behavior. The study is based on how psychological disorders (psychopath, lifestyle and antisocial disorder) affect the career of criminals.
