Tourism is a social phenomenon that has an impact on economic environment for host communities, Tourism began after World War II and particularly it has been preceded by Thomas Coo. The construction of railways revolutionized the movement of passengers, the construction improved infrastructure encouraged people to move and travel from one place to another. Modern tourism has been emerged in the middle of the twentieth century. And it has been developed exclusively by private agencies. At the end of World War II foreigners in the U.S. was taken into account for the first time and was given importance to the exploitation of tourist attractions. Tourism has a great impact on social and cultural development of a people. Tourism cannot be accepted as independent, as the host community or destination plays a vital role. Community must work hard to analyze from tourism which factors are more likely work on the improvement of the country. Tourism promotes peace and friendship among people. It is an important factor in trade balances and generating foreign exchange. Hotels and restaurants are fastest growing segments. Early booking a hotel room allows guests to the city not to worry about finding accommodation. There are three ways for reserving the hotel. The first way is that the tourists personally go to the hotel and pick a hotel room for reservation, or call the hotel to inquire about the possibility of booking a particular hotel room on a specific date. Other types of hotel reservation do not involve direct contact with the hotel management. Different organizations offer services to hotels in London in the directory in which pictures of each hotel room, a detailed description of each, and prices for hotel rooms and additional services are being given in detail. Such organizations have remote methods of payment i.e. By bank transfer, electronic money Web money, credit cards, MasterCard, and others. Given the stiff competition in today's market, the only way is to offer customers the best price for the product or service. Intrinsic work and identity could play an important role in determining tourist satisfaction. The employees of the hotel should be given the rewards for their performance so that they will be motivated and give better services to the tourists belonging to different age groups and booking patterns.
