The book by Dwyer (2003) is a detailed study of communicational skills and tools. It covers all the parts of communication from non-verbal to written communication. It helps individuals to improve their communicational skills at their organizations, by developing better leadership skills and public relations. The book is an essential tool for students who are filling job applications and preparing for job interviews.

The book is designed to complement the modules of National Communications Skills Project. For students focusing on academic literacy, the author (Dwyer 2003) in this book has helped to discriminate between different channels of communications and the different types of communications. The title of the book suggests its key features, which is focusing on the process of communication. The different factors and problems involved with it.

Hoegl & Gemuenden (2001) explained teamwork is an essential tool for university students; they focus on teamwork during their university lives and through their work experiences at their organizations. In today's world no organization can depend upon one single individual, the complexity of tasks have made teamwork one of the basic needs of every organization. This article is based on the team collaborations and defines the concept Teamwork Quality (TWQ). TWQ is based on six key elements of communication, mutual support, coordination and cohesion and balance contribution by team members (Hoegl & Gemuenden, 2001).

The study of the article is based on the results of data from 575 team members, leaders and 145 German software teams. The article discusses the relationship between team performance and TWQ. The article answers many questions related to teamwork and the performance evaluation of the teams. This article presented by Hoegl & Gemuenden is an important study for the students of academic literacy as it helps them to focus on working in teams and to be an effective team member. TWQ shows a significant association with team member's personal success and their work satisfaction.
