Introduction

This paper presents a critical analysis of a coaching role, in services, which it renders in the professional development of an individual. Coaching enjoys a respectable position in the society and their importance cannot be under-estimated. Coaching is a process by which a more experienced person provides guidance and assistance to an individual for his or her personal and professional development, by investing time, energy and knowledge. Coaching can also be taken as a committed personal learning process, whereby a person takes owner and responsibility for their personal and professional development. Effective Coaching are good methods of training in the place of work, to help players achieve a performance higher by seeking competencies, rather than control, and results, rather than blame. The effective coach to break different obstacles when working one of them is to remove those superfluous activities without purpose, too, must ensure that their players really understand what is said, for he must avoid jargon and use language disrupt effective communication.

Coaching Process

20 minutes

Warm up: jogging (forward, backward, side to the other [defensive driven not]) Dribbling, passing and movement towards the ball (in pairs, one touchline to the other) Stretching: clavicles, hamstrings, quadriceps, groin and arms.

25 minutes

Skill Work (one or two coaches (s) by basketball; stations 5 minutes each, jogging to the next station; athletes grouped by building for better adaptation of the strength and size for the sake of security)

 Rebounding: Travel to the ball (with a ball rolling, bouncing, sent, add the shot with the athletes still in line with the coach that pulls from the side). Setting up a position with the Coach and athletes in single file. Athletes move to the ball, catch it, perform a bounce pass to the coach and head to the end of the queue.
