Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-linguistic programming is an approach for psychotherapy, communication and personal development, and it was developed in 1970s. From the title it is understood that there is a connection between Neuro (neurological process), Linguistic (language), and Programming (learning of behavior patterns with the help of experience). All these are used to achieve specific goals of life. The founders of Neuro-linguistic programming are Richard Bandler and John Grinder. According to the founders with the NPL many problems are addressed. Problems include depression, habit disorder, learning disorder, phobias and psychosomatic illnesses.
