Healthcare is management of illness and mental preservation and physical well-being through the services that offered by the medical and allied health professions. Health care organization dedicated to providing health care services and products. Moreover, it is a set aimed of preserving and strengthening the physical and mental health of every human being, for long and active life, giving them medical assistance in case of deterioration of health.

Sometime, the traditional way of curing the disease might not be so much operative and required pastoral care for religiously and culturally diverse patients. Hence, chaplains who clinically trained and certified spiritual care professionals can make a distinctive contribution in this regard. Initially the chapel was a priest who appointed to exercise the sacred Ministry in an institution such as a convent and orphanage, hospital or prison. Priest appointed to serve the special class of people such as an armed force or allowed to guide the religious service in the assemblies of fraternal organizations legislature and other entities.

Moreover, the chaplain churches of the Roman, Catholic Church in Orthodox are fulfilling the function of healthcare for families in the chapel hospital. They assigned by the authority of the Catholic Church in order to support the care of a certain group of people or environment like military chaplain, hospital or any campus that might be a victim of the natural disasters. The original meaning of the chaplain represents the faith of the Christian. Now this word used in many religious and philosophical traditions for instances in the humanist chaplains who are serving with military forces in t he Belgium and in Netherlands. Currently, they have hired many individuals who trained by the professional in the chaplaincy and selected as chaplain, so they can work for their schools, prisons, hospitals and universities. As far as healthcare in chaplaincy is concern, various hospitals, nursing homes, rest houses (hospice) prefer chaplains to help them with their pastoral and emotional needs of the patients, families and staff. They employed frequently at retirement homes and senior citizen facilities as well, due to their training pattern they received from best professional of the world. Moreover, these people generally have an interest in helping and assisting people who are suffering with dangerous diseases. They completely devoted themselves toward this work.

They express their work in healthcare as the translation. This translation is between the world of the patient and the world of the hospital medicine.
