Introduction

“Buzz Kidz - Looking into the Future” is a small IT firm that was established by two founders, one founder had the background of the graphic design although the other founder had the background of Information Technology. Buzz Kidz firm is being facilitate the clients with the high quality services in the form of support their brands improvement marketing which includes a number of departments named, web hosting, websites, registration, and multimedia design, as the fundamental ambition of the company to provide design and graphic services to other small and medium firms, they also offers animations, cartoons, and sound or voices for the media market. Company covered just the age of 6 to 10 years and within this short lifetime the company has been performing very well at the local regions.

The ambition of the”Buzz Kidz” was to target the market at the local level. And make the loyal clients in Midlands by building a reputed brand which is always engaged to give the full satisfaction to the client and make a loyal relationship with the company. The firm is earning well but not too high. By adopting effective and efficient strategies the company succeed to create a fair competition in the local market and as well believe that in current situation no competitor can give them a hard time in their region (Farris, 2010).

Although the firm is small but has maintain its position in the Midland region, but these two founders are being thought to expand their business globally but the problem and the issue is that, the firm is small and resources are very little, as it stated above that the income or the turnover of the firm is not too high (Farris, 2010).

This software is needed to integrate automatic testing of links, overall system performance and speed, number of search engine hits, permit to the client and the staff to access their software via web, and as well their monthly performance also managed in the system. These features of the software are sound great and Buzz Kidz believes that after incorporating the global market the firm is going to be achieved their goals and targets (Frederick, 1997).

In order to enter in the global market of the software industry, the company needs a lot of resources the basic one is the skilled and competence IT and Graphic employees to share a positive input in the earning and the productivity of the company. The firm not just earn money it also wants to provide the full satisfaction to the clients in order to create loyalty and fair market competition. Two of the senior staffs are engaged by means of personal networks and recruitment and commendation about the staff is never seen as problematic barrier in the UK but the primary problems to hire IT staff are; (Frederick, 1997).
