SCENARIO # 1: An Unannounced Inspection 

In the current scenario, I would request a warrant from the inspector to enter the workplace, thereby I will gain some time to check the work place myself first. I would then immediately contact my in-area safety inspector and my plant manager to update them with this scenario and will see how they want me to proceed.
