Introduction

A degree in Criminal Justice can either qualify you or enhance qualifications you already possess for many different careers in the field of criminal justice in the public and private sectors. People tend to think of police officers when they hear the term "criminal justice", but the reality is that there are dozens of careers in the criminal justice system. Criminal justice is defined as the scientific study of crime and criminal behavior, and law enforcement body of information pertaining criminal behavior, and crime as social occurrence. The scope of criminal justice entertains the procedure of making laws, breaking laws and act in response towards breaking the laws. Criminal justice if taken in broader aspect, it covers the whole science of crimes where as when contracting, it refers to the particular part of the criminal science which pragmatically explains the behavior of the criminal and investigates the individual and the social aspects linked with the crime. Criminal justice concentrates more on the behavior that breaches the law and search for clues and explanations for that behavior.

If a person is interested in criminal justice education he or she still has many choices to make as to what the race of his or her life will be. Many people involved in this system in the hope of improving the system.

I also want to pursue my career in criminal justice system. This profession has been my passion since I was a child. Currently, I am completing my associates which will be finished in this June. Then I will look for a job while completing my graduation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

I am well aware about my work and the career I want to pursue. I also know about the career developments that I can make in the future. I have chosen criminal justice as career path for myself since I know about my competence, skills and abilities and I have clear goals for my career. I have the ability to work independently and I can easily complete the complex tasks that I am assigned to. During this, I also ensure to meet my deadlines and to give the best output. I am a hardworking and a success oriented person who works with a full commitment and can handle work without any supervision.
