Introduction

The late Thomas Kuhn introduced the term 'paradigm' to the field of science. According to Kuhn, (1962), normal science is essential to each and every paradigm. However, he believed that paradigm can shift as per a scientific revolution. remembered for his infamous introduction of "paradigms" to philosophy of science. While relating shifts of paradigm to my profession, the shift is not scientific (Kuhn, 1962). The future of organizations lies in shift of paradigms.
