The concept of ethics is one used and referred to constantly in our routine lives. It is reflected in most aspects of our lives, such as in the relationships one forms. It is ever present in behavioral approaches taken by a person, as well as their management abilities. The character of an individual who is basing their life choices and decisions on ethical principles in their daily life are one such example of ethics. Thus, it goes without saying the ethics must be applied to business as well, to ensure continued achievement of organizational goals and successive performance. The motivation behind arrangement of ethical beliefs in business appear at a preliminary stage, from recruitment, selection and training of an employee till the day they retire. In businesses around the world, the concept of trust as well as confidence are vital ingredients in order to ensure success, hence business owners constantly try to incorporate these into their own practical lives and that of their business. As is the case in International Relations, the morality and beliefs of one nation cannot be treated with anything but suspicion unless the nation has sound moral values as well as reliability ands trust among their traits.
