Introduction

Education is a sector that plays a very critical and important role in shaping the personality and lives of the nation citizens in future. To play this role effectively, the personal, intellectual, educational and social needs of the young children of Australia must be addressed in an era or at a time when ideas about the goals of education are changing and will continue to evolve. Curriculum is not only a syllabus that provides a wide contents for students but curriculum is also a very important thing for teachers that also help them in teaching children effectively and easily. Due to such importance of curriculum, Australian government always gives important to design an effective curriculum. The main objective of Australian government while designing a curriculum is to provide quality education to the children with the spirit of treating them equal without any difference of regions.

In Australia, the curriculum generally declared and designed by the Melbourne but with the suggestions and satisfaction of all other state governments (Yates, 2006, P 33-39). All Australian governments have committed to the goals of the Melbourne Declaration, which are that schooling should promotes excellence and equity, try to make sure that all Australians that are young becomes successful learners, creative and confident individuals, and informed and active citizens. The another focused point of the Melbourne while designing curriculum for all over the schools in Australia to promote the curriculum of the Australia as a world class curriculum and also ensures that it must contains and satisfies all the requirements and needs of the students so that they will become great scientists, doctors and engineers in their future and serve Australia with their knowledge and skills whose base is developed through this curriculum.

What is Australian Curriculum?

Australian Curriculum is considered as one of the best curriculum in the world that focus on the effective learning of the young Australians in a way to promote ideas of the children when they are at age in which my ideas and questions developed in the mind of the children. If the entire questions can effectively answered through designing effective curriculum then these children easily become future leaders in all the sectors of the world. The Australian curriculum is a curriculum that wants the children of the Australia to be sharp minded, easy and effective learner, ideas developer, and most important active and creative persons (Teese, 2003, P 7-11).

Curriculum Implementation

Curriculum implementation is the process that practices the officially prescribed contents of course and syllabuses for all the subjects. This process helps learner in earning knowledge and experiences through various techniques defined in the process. The learner is the key element of this process as curriculum implementation is nothing if learner is not present. Implementation of curriculum takes place when the learner acquires the intended or planned experiences, skills, knowledge, attitudes and ideas that are basically the aim of curriculum or a society that their citizens becomes more sharp and efficient.
