Duty of care in child and young care setting means taking care and supporting of them as per the legal requirements to protect them from any physical, sexual or emotional harm. Children have the right to be treated with dignity, respect and to be safe. Adult supervising the children must take diligent efforts to take care of the child and prevent any unwanted or harmful circumstances.
