The Link between Constitutions and Justice in Aristotle's politics
Introduction
Aristotle on the political makes a clear distinction of man from other animals, which lies primarily in the fact that while man is by nature a political animal of the animal is social (Tessitore 2005, p. 63). So while, the animals are destined to live in groups, acting instinctively and in order to address some problems, man is driven to live in communities with other people. Such societies, however, must be organized to build, that is, legal rules, to laws, which determine what to do and what to avoid people. The distinction of what is just and what unjust, inherent in man, according to the great philosopher, is the key component of creating communities.
