The article also elucidates that defense of Tom Robinson in Atticus's courtroom is the area under discussion in law school classes and law review articles. The author expresses the opinion that because of ubiquitousness and inter-generational charm, this book has become a cultural phenomenon.

This article spotlights the outstanding and prominent aspects of the novel TKAM by Harper Lee, including the ideological arrangement of class, gender, and race, structural consistency of the text, and the recognition and status of a major character. It puts in that the shift of the stories into the novel, pertaining to the life of the author is not instantaneously thriving, because Lee ran through three years in fiddling with her novel to meet up the demand of the editor, in conjunction with the challenges she confronted in completing the ms of the novel.
