In this article, the author discusses that corporate culture has two aspects behavior within our own borders and function in the global markets. The cultural barrier at Canada sometimes affects people's work, productivity and financial performance. Canadian business culture has received important influences from British culture; the country has also been greatly influenced by American culture. However, it should be noted that Canadian culture is not just a rehash of other, but has developed its own identity, mainly due to growing nationalist movement growing since 1967, the centenary of Canadian independence. This country, the second largest in the world, is very interesting from the point of view, but presents some peculiarities that are taken into account for successful trade negotiations.

The Canadian investments are backed by various strong economic and cultural factors in this globalized world. Therefore, the Canadian companies follow various cultural and diversity management practices to strength the employee and employer relationships. Canadian govermnet believes that in order to remain stable in this competitive world, the communities and business organizations must adopt stringent economic growth and economic development strategies for the promotion of better society and well being.

These changes in economic relations between Canada and other globalized nations have affected the knowledge, technology, administrative practices and methods of work in organization. Through proper cultural diversity management, Canadian Organizations can be more effective agents for the transfer of resources to the minimum transaction costs.

Yeganeh discusses that Canada's national cultures differ from other counties with respect to values, while Canadian organizational cultures differ from each other according to their symbols, heroes and rituals. The dimensions are a conceptual way of dividing the complex realities in independent basic elements. National culture is a collective programming of the mind that creates the effect of education and growing in a particular country. National culture and the collective memory is the national carrier of cultural tradition. Factors that strongly influence the programming of the mind to all citizens include the language of the state, the political system, the state education system, the media, etc.

In Canada, culture determines how a company works; this is reflected in the strategies, structures and systems which evolve with new experiences. The culture is unique in manifest through significant behaviors of members of an organization, which facilitate the same behavior and is identified through a set of management practices and supervisorial, as elements of organizational dynamics. These organizational changes are needed to survive in a competitive environment such as the one created by the growing trade between Mexico and Canada organizations.
