Sampling Method and Sample
The researcher did stratified sampling in this research. For this research, the researcher formulated population stratas based on their employees designation and sent them the questinnaire. The total sample was 75 and the total response rate was 100 percent. This means every individual approached for the research gave his views.
Questionnaire analysis
This section presents the findings of the questionnaire. The total sample size for this research study is 75 representatives. Out of the 75 respondents, 10 % are form top management, 20 % are form middle management while the rest were employees. The data analysis has been done through SPSS version 16.0. Majority of the questions had dichotomous answers i.e. the respondents had the option to choose between two options.

About 17 percent of the respondents belonged to the age group of 13-20 years, about 26 percent of the respondents belonged to the age group of 21-40 years, about 28 percent of the respondents belonged to 41-50 age group, about 11 percent of respondents belonged to the age group of 21-60 years and only 8 percent belonged to 60 + age group.
