Abuse of Public Assistance

Description of problem

Public assistance is being abused and used as a lifestyle rather than a temporary assistant. In particular "Medicaid" system is paying for abortations, but will not supply/provide birth control. If we look at how and who this affect we can conclude that the "over use" has great consequences with the county & its tax payers.

Problem Statement

Public assistance is abidingly used as a lifestyle while creating moral hazards amongst the population rather that a system of facilitating and giving welfare to the populaces.
